How to Arrange for Testing

Parentage tests are conducted by appointment only.

Appointments are arranged by:

  • Representative lawyers,
  • Social workers,
  • Physicians,
  • The parties themselves (private).

    Consent forms must be signed by adult parties.

    Photographic identification must be provided.

    Before the analysis is performed,
    the full names of the clients, their legal representatives, if applicable,
    and the means of payment
    must be provided.
    Payment may be made with cash, money order,
    Visa, or MasterCard, when the samples are collected.
